How to correctly visualize desires. Rules for visualization Reasons to do visualization

How to realize your deepest dreams? Learn the rules for visualizing desires!

Using the rules for visualizing desires, you can improve your health, change your appearance, acquire certain character qualities or get rid of those you don’t like, attract desired situations, find new acquaintances and friends, improve your financial situation and much more!

How to achieve all this?

Visualization is the creation in the imagination of images of the desired reality. This is one of the most powerful and simplest tools for achieving goals, which does not require a lot of time and effort.

First of all, you must decide on the desire that you want to visualize. It should be clear, formulated without the particle “not”.

Right: I want to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Wrong : I want not to smoke.

When you have decided on your desire, take a comfortable position (you can lie down), relax, close your eyes. It is best to do this after waking up or before going to bed. While in a relaxed state, adhere to the following rules.

Rules for visualizing desires

First rule of visualization

Don’t imagine a picture - create a complete illusion of what is happening!

Right: if you want to visit a certain city, imagine yourself walking along its streets, visiting exhibitions, clubs, bars (or those places you want to visit).

Wrong: you want to go to Paris and in your dreams you only imagine the Eiffel Tower¹.

Second rule of visualization

Be the protagonist of your dreams, not a bystander!

Right: if you want to buy a car², imagine yourself in its showroom. See everything with your own eyes. Touch how the seats feel, feel them with your own hands. Be a participant in events, not an observer. You must visualize the dream in first person.

Wrong: watch the purchase of a car from the outside.

Third rule of visualization

Connect all your senses!

Right: smell the aromas around you. Listen: is music playing in your imagination? If yes, which one? Feel the weather if you are outside. Maybe it's raining and you're wet? Or are you hot? Listen to what people say, say something yourself.

Touch everything that is around you. If you wish to receive some thing, examine it all: texture, weight, color... If it is something intangible, for example, a marriage certificate, checks, money, vouchers, tickets, etc. - touch the result and drink a cocktail, feeling it taste in the smallest detail.

Wrong: just imagine a certain picture without feeling any emotions at all.

The fourth rule of visualization

Remember the visualized frame and constantly return to it!

Right: visualize buying a car in great detail and repeat it every time before going to bed.

Wrong: every time change the car brand, its color, price, place of purchase, etc.

The fifth rule of visualization

Visualizing your desire should become your good habit until your dream comes true!

Right: Every evening (or morning, whichever is more convenient for you) imagine the fulfillment of a specific desire.

Wrong: engage in visualization without desire, just for show, irregularly.

Sixth rule of visualization

Think about ways to achieve your dreams in your favorite ways, and choose the most pleasant one!

Visualize the way to achieve what you want that you like best. Create a strategic plan in your mind and follow it in daily visualization.

Right: if you want to get promoted, mentally complete extracurricular tasks, come to work early, do work that is not your job, work hard, attend conferences and seminars.

Or write down on an imaginary piece of paper items that will help you move up the career ladder, and mentally complete them as you visualize your goal. Then imagine how your boss tells you about your promotion, feel the emotions of joy that you will experience at that moment.

Wrong: imagine that you received a promotion without any effort on your part.

The seventh rule of visualization

Energize your visualization³!

Right: burn inside with your desire, live it, feel positive emotions that give you energy and inspire you. Believe in the fulfillment of your plans.

Wrong: do not believe in realization, do not feel any emotions when practicing visualization. By following these simple rules, you can achieve everything you want.

Visualization is one of the most effective techniques for fulfilling desires. However, this method has special rules, compliance with which will increase its effectiveness and help you realize your cherished dream in the shortest possible time.

It is not for nothing that psychologists and bioenergetics specialists so often mention the power of thought. Constantly thinking about a situation really contributes to the embodiment of this event, and precisely because the “obsessive” thought settles in our subconscious. And if you learn to manage this process, you can get what you want as quickly as possible. Knowing the five basic principles of visualization will help with this.

Principle one: formulate the desire correctly

Thoughts need a verbal shell. Before imagining a desire, it must be formulated, and this must be done correctly - otherwise the chances of making your dream come true will seriously decrease. There are three important rules regarding the formulation of desire:

  • you should not use negative particles;
  • when formulating a thought, use the present tense;
  • Avoid abstract language.

A desire like “I don’t want problems with money” is unlikely to be heard by the Universe: particles “not” and “no” create a corresponding impulse that reduces your chances of success. The same goes for vague wording. Remember: the more specific the picture that your imagination draws during the visualization process, the faster you will get what you want. How can you imagine something specific if the desire is formulated generally?

So, let's say you want to find a better paying and more promising job. It is better to formulate the desire as follows: “I get a new job, and with it a high income and career prospects.”

Principle two: present the final result

The path to any goal is most often thorny and complicated, and absolutely every person encounters obstacles. But there is no need to visualize this: our goal is to present our dream as if it had already come true. If you want to become richer, imagine yourself with a large sum in your hands or making a long-awaited purchase. The surge of positive emotions that will occur will fulfill two good purposes at once: it will configure your subconscious so that it guides you towards this goal, and will give you an energetic impulse for active action. Surely you yourself have noticed that work is much more productive if you are in a good mood?

Principle three: total immersion

When visualizing a dream, do not put yourself in the position of an outside observer: you must be a direct participant in the events being imagined. In other words, an outside view is not permissible: you must be inside the situation, and the imagined world must surround you, like the real one. Only in this case will visualization be effective.

Try to imagine the picture of your success in as much detail as possible. Visualize even the smallest details. If there are other people in the situation that you have imagined, “draw” in detail the elements of their clothing - right down to the bracelet on a woman’s hand. The situation must look real - and then it will really come true.

Try to connect all your senses: try to imagine not only the “picture”, but even the smells, tastes, and weather conditions. This will allow you to immerse yourself in the situation as much as possible, and visualization will be much more effective.

Principle Four: Add Speakers

Another important point is that the more dynamic what you present, the better. A static picture will not evoke the same vivid emotions as a replayed situation. Let's say your desire is related to a love relationship. Make two visualization options: first, imagine a static situation, like a photograph - you are in the arms of a loved one. Now imagine something more dynamic - for example, how your prospective soulmate confesses his love to you. Surely the latter will cause a greater emotional outburst. This means it will have a greater effect.

Principle Five: Visualize at the Right Time

Many practitioners claim that the most productive time for visualization is the moment before going to bed and after waking up. Before falling asleep and in the process of transition from sleep to wakefulness, the line between consciousness and subconsciousness becomes thinner, so it is easiest to “program” yourself to get what you want at this time. In addition, at night you will provide yourself with wonderful dreams, and starting with visualization in the morning will give yourself a charge of beneficial positive energy for the whole day.

Visualization performed once will not give any effect. For a wish to come true, it is necessary to visualize systematically, approaching the goal over and over again. For some, the desire is fulfilled already 21 days after the start of a cycle of such exercises - this is exactly the time needed to develop a habit or tune your body to a wave of changes. We wish you the fulfillment of all your hopes, and do not forget to press the buttons and

What do all successful people have in common? Recognition, fame, money? Yes, definitely. But there is something more important that led them to victory. And this is the ability to dream. Initially, everything they achieved existed only in their imagination.

You can also become more successful, richer and get what you want more easily. To do this, it is enough to use the magical capabilities of our imagination and its ability to visualize our desires.

Imagination is the workshop of success

The very word “imagination” perfectly conveys the principle of its operation: it is work with images. The ability to see and think in images is also called visualization. Much has been written and said about the powerful and effective power of visualization, and you can experience it for yourself as soon as you begin to practice.

Visualization of desires is a magical bridge that connects the mind and the unconscious. At the unconscious level, nothing is impossible - and this is where the realization of your dreams begins.

But not all dreams come true. Why? One of the main reasons why a dream does not come true is that it is not accepted by our subconscious. Thus, the subconscious will not “miss” a desire if you do not believe in it enough, if it contradicts your principles, is directed against someone or can complicate your life.

Doubt and anxiety also keep you away from achieving your dreams. The emotions that you experience when imagining what you want are the energy that animates and materializes the created images. When visualizing, you should feel a quiet exultation of delight and joy, and not worry about what will happen if it suddenly comes true.

Visualization of desire - a view from the inside

In ordinary life, you see with your eyes, you look at the world from inside your body. Visualization works differently. And here lies another reason why dreams do not come true. In the process of visualizing desire, it is important to see yourself from the outside, as if you were watching yourself.

Very often, people who dream of a new car imagine their hands on the steering wheel and the dashboard. They sit in this car and look at it from the inside. At the subconscious level, such a vision is perceived as a fait accompli.

In order to give the right signal to your subconscious, it is important to fix your image next to the image of the desired car. Therefore, it is correct to visualize yourself approaching the car of your dreams and driving away in it.

Visualization is very different from perception through vision. When compared to something familiar to us, it is most similar to a memory of something you have ever seen in real life or in your imagination.

Visualization technique

When visualizing a desire, the gaze should be unfocused. At the very beginning of practice, it is better to close your eyes - this will make it easier to relax. In the future, you will learn to visualize with open eyes.

Close your eyes and raise them slightly up towards your eyebrows (about 20 degrees). By raising your eyes, you activate the right hemisphere of your brain, which is responsible for imaginative thinking. Then, using your imagination, begin to create a picture of what you want.

For example, you dream of a new house. What is he like on the outside? Consider it in all details. What emotions fill you when you see this house?

How do you feel? Record your feelings. Stay in your dream home for as long as you wish.

Now you have turned your dream into a project. Regularly return to the image of your home, strengthening it and filling it with energy. It is advisable to visualize at least once a day - the more you live into your dream, the sooner it will manifest itself in your life.

Visualization is an exciting activity, unusual, like everything new, only at the very beginning. Once visualization becomes a part of your life, it will be more natural for you to do it than not to do it. This way you will develop a new habit – “the habit of your success.”

We've been hearing a lot lately about the wonderful power of visualization. But, unfortunately, it doesn’t work for everyone. And the point here is not the magical qualities of those who succeed. We just don’t know, we don’t know the rules, by acting on which we will definitely make what we want into reality. Remember that everyone can learn to visualize, as well as learn to think positively, and master other useful skills and abilities, some of which become a way of life and allow us to build our lives the way we want, to get what we want easily and with pleasure. You just need to follow the rules that will help you achieve your goals. And here they are:

Visualization rules:

1. Think about your goal.

We’ll talk about exactly how to choose goals for visualization below. It is important to understand here that first we set a goal with a date for its implementation, as specifically as possible. You can also visualize key milestones towards achieving your goal. This strengthens your goal and makes your path to achieving it easier.

2. Focus on physical reality.

Perhaps this is one of the key rules of visualization. Now I will explain what this means. Right now, turn your full attention to the world around you. How firmly you stand or sit, what you see, what sounds surround you. You can touch something. Now pay attention to your thoughts, what you are thinking about now, what you were thinking about before you sat down at the computer. Do you feel the difference? Make a few more switches, catch this line between attention to the solid physical world and the world of your thoughts. Visualization must be carried out when your attention is stronger and more material. Before starting visualization, you can do this exercise, which you did now, and focus on the material aspect.

3. Create an image of the future.

Now continue to feel the physical reality and imagine that you are in that moment in the future when your goal has been realized. Exactly on the date you set in the first paragraph. And again, start with physical sensations. Where is your body, in what position? How do you feel physically, do you feel warm or cold? What do you hear? What do you see? And only here do you begin to detail your visual image of achieving your goal. With maximum detail and pleasure. But don’t forget about all your senses. You must not only see, but also hear, feel, maybe even smell and touch the achievement of your goal.

4. Emotional delight.

The next stage of visualization is to saturate the experience with emotions. Feel the joy that you did it as much as possible! You have reached your goal! Now you are completely enjoying what is happening! This is your big dream! And all with capital letters and exclamation marks. Your experience should be one of the most vibrant, joyful experiences of your life. It must be remembered.

5. Visualization worked!

And here we add the final touch - the thought “Hurray! The visualization worked!” You should feel in your experience that all this happened because you have been doing visualization for a long time and were able to make your dream come true. Why is this necessary? The point is that you need to create your own power. After all, we have no doubt that the Sun will rise tomorrow, and it does. Likewise, you need to have no doubt that your visualization will work. And repeatedly repeating the joy that it worked will wonderfully reinforce this confidence in you. And, consequently, your ability to visualize and thus achieve your goals.

To understand how to visualize correctly and to master the art of visualization to perfection, you need to spend a decent amount of time and use two simple rules (by the way, they go very well when learning any new technique or discipline:

We do everything gradually.

Start with a small goal, literally for 2-3 weeks. When you achieve it, you will believe in your strength and will be able to take on a more serious goal for 1-2 months. Having received further confirmation of your strength, you can take on the next serious goal and so on.

Regularity is the key to success.

Do visualization every day for one or two approaches. For example, morning and evening. The entire practice usually takes 5-10 minutes, no more. But every day until you get the final result - achieving your goal. This will significantly increase the speed of its achievement and the favor of Lady Luck. She loves to give opportunities to those who are actively pursuing their goals and use all sorts of additional techniques.

And perhaps the most important thing to remember about visualization is that is strictly prohibited imagine your own failure or defeat. You should always imagine only luck or success.

In this article I want to talk about visualization. The topic of visualization is very popular these days, but many people have problems with it. In this article I will analyze the main points of correct visualization and show mistakes.

Let's start with the basics: What is visualization and why is it needed?

Many people will answer: to attract into your life what you visualize. I will agree! But this answer does not reveal the entire mechanism of what is happening to a person. Visualization is perceived by many people as magic, however, I am convinced that there is no magic in it. Any magical process unknown to us is an ordinary physical process, but on a more subtle level, which is not accessible to us due to limited sensitivity.

The same situation is with visualization; each object, each place, each person corresponds to special vibration frequencies in the subtle world. By visualizing, working with the subconscious and using other techniques, we change our vibrational frequencies and subconscious settings. After changes in vibrations (subconscious settings), the physical world also begins to change, because... we already correspond to other people, objects, places, etc.

For example, you earn 50,000 rubles a month, your vibrational frequencies and subconscious settings fully correspond to this figure. This income is the NORMAL for you, i.e. you feel USUAL and NORMAL with such an income.

Now imagine that you instantly began to earn 3 times more - 150,000 rubles per month. How will you feel? Good or bad doesn't matter, you will feel out of place and this is completely natural, because... You are not in the state of “150,000 rubles a month is the norm.”

What happens next? A mutual movement begins: your NORM begins to grow, and the amount of money tends to this norm. Those. having three times more money pushes the norm upward, and this is what we actually need.

We attract into life exactly what we consider the NORM - this is an obvious fact.

Everyone knows that the subconscious does not see the difference between reality and visualized reality. Those. By visualizing 150,000 rubles per month, we can raise our personal NORMAL amount of money to the top.

The purpose of visualization is to shift the NORM.

Visualization makes your body seem ready to accept and enter the situation you need.

Now let's talk about visualization rules:

1) Feel it with your whole body. You need to feel with your body, precisely by feeling with your body the visualized situation, objects, people, etc. we are starting to get used to it.

2) No - to wild delight. Look at the objects around you, you objectively attracted them, everything that is around you corresponds to your vibrations. Do you experience wild delight from owning them? The answer is obvious - no. Should you feel wildly excited when visualizing something? Answer: no, our task is to make the visualized situation the norm, and the norm does not evoke such emotions. Excessive emotions can cause some discomfort; remember how you put a stain on a new sweater or dropped the phone you just bought on the floor. The emotional state strives for harmony and by “charging” positivity where it should not be, you cause negativity, which restores balance. This only applies to situations where there is positive obviously more than needed , don’t get me wrong, you can and should be happy, but that’s a completely different story...

3) View from the eyes. During visualization, be sure to imagine the situation exactly as you usually see it, namely “from your own eyes.” By visualizing the situation “from the outside,” you cannot influence your state, and as I have written more than once, the goal of visualization is to change yourself, your vibrations, your subconscious settings.

4) Add audio, body sensations, smells. Everything should be like in real life, then the subconscious will quickly perceive the situation as the NORM.

5) How much to visualize? You need to visualize every day, for more than 10 minutes.

Errors during rendering:

View from the outside. During visualization, it is very important to imagine everything in the form of “from your own eyes”, and not in the form of “a video camera hovering in the air.” Only visualization “from the eyes” allows you to feel the situation and get used to the simulated life. Visualization “from the outside” can be compared to flipping through a magazine with pictures or watching a movie; all people do this every day, and nothing in their life changes, because... they are a mere observer. During visualization “from the eyes,” on the contrary, you are a participant in events, you change your vibrations, let your body and spirit get used to the new state of affairs.

Not enough regularity. The situation is similar here. The purpose of visualization is to get used to new vibrations; if you visualize from time to time, there will be no result. Visualization should be done every day for at least a few minutes.

In the morning we build a “house”, and in the evening we tear it down. Unfortunately, many people who begin to engage in visualization and other personal growth practices do not understand where and how they are exposed to negative programming. The situation is usually the following: in the morning a person, full of energy, visualizes and waits for his dreams to come true, and in the evening he sits down in front of the TV or computer and watches his “favorite” series, which is literally stuffed with negative behavior patterns. It turns out that you raise your vibrations in the morning, and in the evening you trample them into the ground. In this case, you should not be surprised that there is no result. Hollywood products, various popular shows on Youtube like “Karamba TV” among young people, “liquefy” the brain very much; in these shows and films, negative behavior patterns are inserted into your subconscious, and this happens bypassing consciousness, because the person is in a light trance while watching the video.

Conclusions:

The meaning of visualization is to bring your body, spirit, consciousness to a certain state.

What we have is the norm. As soon as something becomes the norm for us, we can easily afford to get it. The purpose of visualization is to change the NORM.

    Visualize “from your eyes.”

    Visualize every day.

P.S. In the training "Step-by-step plan for working with the subconscious" I talk about how to gradually transform your subconscious, get rid of fears and limiting beliefs.

I will be very grateful for your comments!!!

Best regards, Igor Safronov.
