That is, my opinion is that material and spiritual wealth are in continuous interaction, constantly intertwined with each other in their essence.
If we talk about happiness, then what is it? Can anyone give the exact wording for this word? I deeply doubt that this will be possible, because for everyone, happiness is something different, something that is closest and more satisfying to basic needs.
Special, persistent instructions, exceptionally loud calls are needed in order to generally make one feel that there are other values in life besides commercialism; along with goodness, the ideals of truth, beauty, and Divinity are also available to the soul.
The wretchedness, spiritual poverty of our entire life does not allow direct love for culture to arise and strengthen in us, as if it kills the instinct of culture and makes us immune to its idea.
Happiness is ensured by material goods; but its main support is spiritual values. The internal conditions for human happiness are always present, and the reasons that impede the establishment of earthly well-being lie not inside, but outside of a person - in his social situation, in the imperfections of the social mechanism.
The problem is that there are no generally binding values in the world, everything is relative and conditional, everything is determined by human needs, the human thirst for happiness and pleasure.
Today the world is flying into the abyss - nature and ecology are being destroyed! Look how many people today suffer from depression and stress! Look around you, how many empty, doomed, unhappy eyes there are! Material well-being is growing, but without spiritual well-being it does not make a person happy.
Science develops, technology improves, and people's lives turn into a gray, uninteresting, boring bustle. Why is this happening?.. The world needs new ideas, new large-scale thoughts. After all, only ideas change the world. Only new landmarks give a person a chance to survive! And without the spiritual side of life, finding something like this is simply impossible! The role of material values is important, but it stands further than the primary, moral and spiritual values of a person! To live and not feel... To live and not see the beauty of the world around us, not to absorb the knowledge inherited from our ancestors, not to appreciate what we have - this is not life, but only a pitiful semblance!
Money matters a lot. But they will never decide and implement the main thing: they will not buy love, they will not awaken feelings...
And as long as in our time there is still a desire for new values, ideological initiative, a thirst to arrange life in accordance with one’s own, independently thought-out concepts and beliefs, the world will live. Live in a way that is the only true and correct way.
