What compensation will residents of Tekstilshchiki expect during the construction of a section of the South-East Expressway? Construction of the south-eastern expressway will begin in the new year. When will construction start and finish?

The capital will soon be entangled with new highways. The North-Western Expressway is virtually ready. The construction of the North-Eastern Expressway and the Southern Road is planned to be completed in the coming years (details and diagram on kp.ru). Each of them will have access to the Moscow Ring Road and exits for cars from one chord to another at the intersection points. And another fourth, the South-Eastern Expressway (SE), will begin construction in the fall of 2019.

This highway will help not only residents of the southeast of the city, but also the entire capital, said Deputy Mayor of Moscow Marat Khusnullin. - The South-Eastern Expressway starts from the Nizhegorodskaya Bolshoi station ring line metro and will reach the third transport ring, and in the future it will stretch to New Moscow. The new road will connect with the Southern Road and the North-Eastern Expressway, a section of which was recently opened by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin. The chords and the rocade together will turn into a kind of chordal ring. At the same time, they will not just “twist” car traffic, but will provide transit outside Moscow. This distinguishes the chord model from the ring model. According to preliminary estimates, the chord ring may appear in the next five years.

New sections of the South-Eastern Expressway along its entire length will run in the same corridor with the railways - the Small Ring, Kursk and Paveletsky directions from the transport hub at the intersection of the North-East Expressway with Entuziastov Highway to the transport interchange at the intersection of the Moscow Ring Road with Polyany Street. Beyond the Moscow Ring Road, the highway along Polyany Street will connect to the Solntsevo-Butovo-Vidnoe highway, which is under construction in New Moscow. The expressway will cross the most traffic-congested roads in Moscow - Ryazansky and Volgogradsky avenues, Kashirskoe highway, Lipetskaya street, Varshavskoe highway.

According to the head of the capital's construction complex, the layout project for the South-Eastern Expressway will be ready by the end of this year. But several sections along which the road will go are already known.

AND AT THIS TIME

An additional overpass has been built across the MCC

Now in the south-east of the city a bridge is being built from the Southern River Station to the 2nd Yuzhnoportovy Proezd and a section of the Southern Road from Balaklavsky Prospekt to Proletarsky Prospekt.

In addition, the reconstruction of the Besedinskaya transport interchange at the 20th kilometer of the Moscow Ring Road continues. Builders are finishing the overpass over Moskovsky central ring, which will connect Pond Klyuchiki Street with 1st Frezernaya Street.

In the coming years, it is also planned to reconstruct Donetskaya Street, Verkhnie Polya Street in the section from Maryinsky Park Street to the Moscow Ring Road, three sections of the Moscow Ring Road and the 2nd Grayvoronovsky travel

WHAT WILL WE GET?

Transverse routes are connections between districts in the south-eastern part of the capital. Now the neighborhoods are separated by both natural and artificial barriers, for example, the Moscow River and industrial zones;

Convenient travel between areas of the middle and periphery of the city, as well as between old and new Moscow.

The Department of Construction told how the map of regional roads will change. It is expected that by 2021 the area will be “pierced” by a new highway, and a bridge will appear across the Moscow River. But the final deadline for completion of construction will still be clarified by engineers.

In the coming years, there will be two major road facilities in the area: a road bridge in Kuryanov and a radial highway.
The bridge over the Moscow River will connect Shosseynaya Street with Kashirskoe Highway. The estimated completion date for construction is 2020. On November 24, 2017, a contract was signed for the implementation design work. The contractor was GorKapStroy LLC, which will develop a detailed project and name exact date its implementation.
In accordance with the approved targeted investment program, the Moscow budget has reserved about 700 million rubles for design and survey work, and just under 14 billion rubles for construction itself. The length of the overpass will be 2.3 km, and its width will be 20...34 meters, which corresponds to 4...8 (!) lanes in one direction.

Project planning for a bridge crossing over the Moscow River at the junction of Shosseynaya Street and Kaspiyskaya Street with a transport interchange with Kashirskoye Shosse (from materials for public hearings)

Since the decision to build the bridge in 2011-2013, it was assumed that it would become part of the South-East Expressway. IN different sources The chord is depicted running along the Kursk Railway along Shosseynaya and Polbina streets and then connecting with the North-Eastern Expressway. But so far the project has not gone beyond the idea. In the latest response from Moskomarkhitektura about promising development street- road network The Pechatnikov South-Eastern Chord is not listed.

Scheme of the design chords and the fourth transport ring in Moscow (from materials of the Rossiyskaya Gazeta dated June 14, 2012)

In this regard, a fair question arises: how will an 8...16 lane overpass merge into the two-lane Shosseynaya Street, and how will it survive the increased traffic? street network area, designed more than half a century ago without taking such loads into account?
Residents of Moskvorechye-Saburovo spoke out categorically against the construction of the bridge at public hearings in 2013. Along with other reasons, there were concerns that the flow of cars from Pechatniki would paralyze traffic on Kashirskoye Highway and adjacent streets.
Less definite picture real terms implementation is the case with the new radial highway. The new road will cross Pechatniki, connecting the Third Transport Ring (in the area of Yuzhnoportovaya Street) with Lyublinskaya Street. The 3-lane (in each direction) traffic-light-free highway will lie exactly above the metro tunnels between the Kozhukhovskaya - Pechatniki stations and, going around residential areas along new overpass through the Kursk railway, it will go to Lyublino. Further the highway will go close to railway and will connect with Lyublinskaya Street in the area of the Auchan store. The highway will not stop there and will be extended to the Moscow Ring Road, and then to the Moscow region. But this is a separate project with its own engineering solutions and financing.

Planning section for a new radial direction (near the Pechatniki metro station) (from materials for public hearings)

The targeted investment program includes 800 million rubles for the development of project documentation and 13 billion for the construction of the highway, which should take place in 2017-2018 and 2019-2021, respectively. But already at current moment There is a certain lag, calling into question the completion of work on time. The Construction Department has only now begun preparing tender documentation for a tender for the development of design estimates.
Discussion of the construction of the highway, as in the case of the bridge on Kashirskoe Highway, at public hearings in 2013 was heated. Residents of Pechatniki asked to change the trajectory of the designed road, moving it a sufficient distance from residential buildings. But the Moskomarkhitektura explained this possibility by the need to build an extended overpass to pass the highway through the South Port industrial zone and a significant bend in the alternative route.
However, in fact, work on the construction of the highway has already begun. The overpass on Yuzhnoportovaya Street, which was put into operation in September of this year, is nothing more than a section of a new road. And, if only it took more than a year, we can only guess how long it will actually take to build the entire highway.

North and northeast of Moscow: defragmentation of the road network August 6th, 2013

Some time ago I wrote about Moscow. Let's continue the topic with a review of the main objects of the Northern and Northeastern districts.

A pleasant surprise: in the north and northeast of Moscow, not one, but two chord corridors are now being formed! About one of them, a highway without traffic lights Northeast chord, is well known. But the local and traffic light chord from Festivalnaya Street to Malygina Street(with the prospect of extension to Malyginsky Proezd) is unknown even to local residents.

In blue is the North-Eastern chord, in green is the local chord of the street. Festivalnaya – st. Malygina

Large chord, North-Eastern

The North-Eastern Expressway (formerly the Northern Route) will run from toll road"St. Petersburg - Moscow" to the toll highway "Moscow - Noginsk". Its alignment entirely along the railways (Oktyabrskaya, MKMZD, Kazan) is the best possible corridor for passing a traffic-light-free highway.

Site plans
Businovskaya interchange from MKAD

Section Businovskaya – Festivalnaya

Section Festivalnaya – Mosselmash

Section from Dmitrovskoe highway to Yaroslavskoe highway

The section from Yaroslavskoe highway to Open highway(via Losiny Ostrov) is just being designed, there is no diagram.
Section from Otkrytoye to Shchelkovskoe highway

Section from Shchelkovsky to Izmailovskoe highway
Section from Entuziastov Highway to Izmailovskoye Highway

Section from Entuziastov Highway to MKAD

Now 2 sections are actively being built: in the north (Businovskaya interchange and the section to Festivalnaya Street) and in the east (the section from Entuziastov Highway to Izmailovskoye Highway, formerly included in the title of the Fourth Ring). The rest are being designed.

Small chord, nameless

This chord will increase the connectivity of the local network, broken by railways, and will connect the Northern Administrative District and the North-Eastern Administrative District, Leningradskoye, Korovinskoye, Dmitrovskoye, Altufevskoye Shosse and Yeniseiskaya Street. And in the future it will come to Yaroslavskoe highway.

However, this local chord is so little known that it does not even have a common name! Previously it was called " northern backup MKAD". Bad choice: the corridor will connect local streets, which will remain traffic lights, what kind of backup is there for the Moscow Ring Road? In the Moscow Targeted Investment Program for 2013-2015. this road is called the “highway from the street. Festivalnaya to Altufevskoe highway.” But this is also incorrect: the corridor does not end with Altufevskoye Shosse, but goes out to Bibirevskaya, Shirokaya and Malygina streets, with the prospect of extending to Malyginsky Proezd. In general, for clarity, I suggest calling it highway from Festivalnaya Street to Malyginsky Proezd.

This corridor will be created by 3 overpasses with interchanges - through the Oktyabrskoye, Savelovskoye and Yaroslavskoye directions of the railway. In the diagram below current situation business

The first of them, between Festivalnaya and Taldomskaya, is already under construction.

It's interesting that it's being built within the North-East Expressway(more precisely, according to the title of the Northern Rockada, as it was previously called). Some opponents of chords do not like to remember this: this fact does not fit into the ideologeme “the chord breaks local connectivity.” As we see, in in this case The traffic-lightless North-Eastern Expressway not only does not disrupt local connectivity, but even increases it! In the Moscow AIP for 2013-2015. this interchange is called "Section of the Moscow - St. Petersburg (Northern Road) highway", transport interchange at the intersection with Festivalnaya Street." 4,100 million rubles have been allocated for its construction. Time frame: 2012-2014.

The second overpass will be built under a separate title “Highway from the street. Festivalnaya to Altufevskoe highway with an overpass with the Savelovsky direction of the Moscow Railway.” The Targeted Investment Program has allocated 200 million for design; the design period is 2014-2016. 2685 million has been allocated for construction, time frame 2015-2016. There is no scheme yet.

There is no third overpass (through the Yaroslavl railway line) in AIP yet. But the overpass across Malyginsky Proezd, which is now being completed as part of the reconstruction of the Yaroslavl highway, creates all the prerequisites for including this overpass in the AIP in the coming years. It would end isolation Yaroslavl district from the rest of the North-Eastern District and would relieve the Yaroslavl highway from those who need to go not to the center, but to the North-Eastern Administrative District or the Northern Administrative District.

What other new connections will appear in NEAD?
The broken parts will finally be connected Shokalsky passage. Now everyone has to travel 1.5 kilometers, moreover, passing through 2 busy intersections and the Medvedkovo metro station.

Probok.net presented this proposal in the program "Road Paradoxes" in 2011.

In the AIP, the title is called “Section of Shokalsky Passage from Zarevoy Proezd to Grekova Street”, 5 million are allocated for design for 2014, for construction - 30 million for 2015.

What's next?
It just begs to be extended the local Festivalnaya - Malyginsky route to the west, virtually isolated from the rest of Moscow Northwestern district. Unfortunately, Festivalnaya street in the area of the Leningradskoye Highway it abuts the Khimki Reservoir, and the connection with Jan Rainis Boulevard that suggests itself here is not even in the General Plan 2025. We will monitor the changes and implementation of the plans.

IN next year In Moscow, construction of the South-Eastern Expressway will begin, and in 2021 it is planned to build the main route of the route without exits. First Deputy Head of the Construction Department Pyotr Aksenov told reporters about this. Read about which streets and highways the South-Eastern Expressway will cross, at what stage the construction of sections will be and where the new chord ring of Moscow will go in the material of the Moscow 24 portal.

The South-Eastern Expressway is a new planned highway for the capital. It will stretch for 36 kilometers along the south-eastern and southern regions Moscow from the Entuziastov highway to the 35th kilometer of the Moscow Ring Road. The route will pass through ten districts: Perovo, Nizhny Novgorod, Tekstilshchiki, Pechatniki, Kuryanovo, Moskvorechye-Saburovo, Northern Chertanovo, Central Chertanovo, South Chertanovo, Northern Butovo. Will cross five highways: Ryazansky and Volgogradsky avenues, Kashirskoye and Varshavskoye highways, Lipetskaya street.

How will the road go?

The highway will start from the interchange of the North-Eastern Expressway with Budyonny Avenue and Perovskaya Street. In the direction of Fraser Highway from the North-Eastern Expressway and Budyonny Avenue, ramps will be built that will merge into a single road in the area of the Andronovka MCC station. To Ryazansky Prospekt the route will pass along the tracks ring road. Then it will cross Ryazanka and deviate from the MCC east to Gayvoronovskaya Street in Tekstilshchiki.

From Gayvoronovskaya Street it will be laid to Lyublinskaya and Volgogradsky Prospekt. An overpass will be built over the busy Lyublinskaya Street and Volgogradka - after flying over them, the chord will merge into Shosseynaya Street and stretch to Polbina Street in the area of the Pechatniki metro station.

Along Pechatniki, a section of the mainline will be laid along the Kursk direction of the Moscow Railway to Kuryanovskaya Embankment. The banks of the Moscow River will be connected by a bridge, along which motorists will continue driving, and beyond the river they will follow new road along the railway to Kashirskoe highway.

A new road overpass over the water will connect the districts of Kuryanovo and Moskorechye-Saburovo. Now they are connected only by railway. From Kashirskoe Highway, Kantemirovskaya Street will become part of the South-Eastern Expressway - the route will sharply go west to Proletarsky Prospekt, where the new highway will intersect with the South Road.

From Proletarsky Prospekt and Varshavskoe Highway along the designed passage 5159, the road and the chord will have a joint main passage to Warsaw Avenue. From here the section of the Southern Rockade will go to Balaklava Avenue, and the South-Eastern Expressway will go south to Sumsky Proezd.

But it is not yet known how the expressway will go further - from the Warsaw highway to the 35th kilometer of the Moscow Ring Road. According to Pyotr Aksenov, the question of which route the highway will take along this section is now being decided at public hearings. “We will receive clear guidelines for the route to Polyany Street, 35th kilometer of the Moscow Ring Road, in the first quarter of the new year, after public hearings,” Aksenov said.

When will construction start and finish?

The transport artery will be built in sections. According to the first deputy head of the Department of Construction, in 2019 they will begin to build a bridge across the Moscow River and the road to Kashirskoye Highway, and will also begin construction of two difficult sections from Entuziastov Highway to Ryazanka and from Ryazanka to Polbina Street. However, full construction is scheduled for 2020, after the remaining sections of the chord have been designed.

During 2019, design and estimate documentation for the construction of all sections of the South-Eastern Expressway should be ready. "We will try to obtain expert opinions on the liberation of territories from engineering communications and speed up the start of the construction period,” Aksenov promised.

At the end of October, designs for the first two sections of the highway were developed and approved: from Entuziastov Highway to Grayvoronovskaya Street, 4.4 km long, and from Kashirskoye Highway to Shosseynaya Street, 2.57 km long. Now, according to the chairman of the Moskomarkitekura Yuliana Knyazheskaya, the layout of the section from Grayvoronovskaya Street to Shosseynaya Street is being developed.

“The main route of the South-Eastern Expressway, without exits and exits to overpasses, will be built in 2021,” Petr Aksenov told the Moscow 24 portal. According to him, by 2021 it is necessary to build the main passages of the South-Eastern Expressway, the Southern Route, and the North-East. “Nothing can be unrealistic, but, apparently, exits and entrances to overpasses will be built in 2022,” he noted. The highway will be built at the expense of the city budget, the money is included in the city’s Targeted Investment Program.

Why is a chord needed?

According to Pyotr Aksenov, the South-Eastern Expressway will create transport hub, which is lacking in the South-Eastern, Eastern and North-Eastern districts of Moscow.

“Historically, the south-eastern and eastern regions were industrially developed, cargo was delivered along the Moscow ring railway - now the MCC, therefore transport arteries not enough. In the southeast of Moscow there is a shortage of highways, which will relieve congestion on Kashirskoe Highway, Lipetskaya Street, Volgogradsky Prospekt, Varshavskoe Highway, MKAD,” said the source of the Moscow 24 portal.

The South-East Expressway will also become a connecting thread for the North-East Expressway and the Southern Route. Thanks to her, two chords - North-Western, North-East - and Southern Rockada will turn into a new transport ring of Moscow. It will pass through residential areas and industrial zones between the Moscow Ring Road and the Third Ring Road.

Chord-rocadian ring

The new transport ring, formed by three chords and a ropeway, will be longer in total length than the Moscow Ring Road. This was announced by Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction Marat Khusnullin.

Photo: Portal of the mayor and government of Moscow

“The total length of the entire project is 133 kilometers, including access roads and exits to outbound highways. And the length of the Moscow Ring Road is 109 kilometers. Moreover, new routes are being built in dense urban areas,” said Marat Khusnullin. The Deputy Mayor recalled that the North-Western Expressway is almost ready, all that remains is to complete the construction of the bridge across the Moscow River - through the Karamyshevskoye straightening.

According to Pyotr Aksenov, this last section will be built at the end of 2019. " North-East Expressway“It’s two-thirds ready, the Southern Road is under active construction, and the South-Eastern Expressway is in design,” he added.

In the south, the South-Eastern Expressway will cross the Moscow Ring Road and reach the New Simferopol Highway, Polyany Street in the Northern Butovo area and join the Solntsevo-Butovo-Vidnoe highway, reaching Borovskoye Highway.

“This year we opened a section of the Solntsevo-Butovo-Vidnoye highway from Kyiv highway to Kaluga, and now construction of a highway from Kaluga highway to Polyany Street, in addition, they began to implement the section from Kievka to Borovka,” said the first deputy head of the Department of Construction.

Thus, the chord-rocade ring will continue beyond the Moscow Ring Road and reach Borovskoye Highway.

In Moscow, they finally abandoned the construction of the fourth transport ring and decided to build chords - highways that will run from the Moscow Ring Road to the Moscow Ring Road, bypassing the city center and the third transport ring. Cars are slowly being squeezed out of the center, horizontal connections between districts with the help of the metro and the MCC have gradually been established, and now they have begun to streamline traffic flows.

What’s interesting is that the idea of creating such highways is not new —>

We live in interesting time: in the Soviet Union there was no problem of traffic jams and parking, there were not so many cars. There was no problem in the 1990s, but since the mid-2000s, as cars became more accessible and loans began to be distributed left and right (in Moscow, a very large percentage of cars were purchased on credit), the problem of parking and traffic jams we had to face it very quickly and in a much more acute form than many other countries.

All the imperfections and unfinished construction of the Soviet era immediately came to the surface, as a result of which all the “bottlenecks” immediately became visible on the city map. What’s interesting is that a similar development of events was already foreseen (maybe just not in such an acute form) back in 1971, when the new master plan city development. Let's take a look at this diagram:

Here we see many highways that penetrate the peripheral areas of the city. It’s interesting that the current toll M11 (“new Leningradka”) to Sheremetyevo was drawn already then.

The same diagram shows that the groundwork for the planned chords was also made back in the 1970s, some of these streets formed the Third Transport Ring, but what is most interesting is that the most severe traffic jams on the Third Transport Ring now form exactly where there should not have been a ring and its sharp turns, and where the highway had to independently go towards the Moscow Ring Road.

Anyone who even drives along the Third Transport Ring during rush hour or anything else has ever been stuck in these traffic jams.

By the way, the same diagram clearly shows that the eternal traffic jam at the turn from Svoboda Street to Volokolamsk highway It shouldn’t have been, the street, according to the plan, was extended further and went independently to the west of the city.

The main problem is also that traffic, if it does not go to the Moscow Ring Road, then, in any case, is forced to go to the Third Transport Ring and, having squeezed through narrow exits there, is often directed not towards the center, but to the next exit and to another area cities. The new chords, it seems, will help relieve congestion on the Third Transport Ring and, of course, the center, making it even more comfortable for pedestrians.

The idea of constructing chord highways was born in the city of forty extra years ago, but they came to its implementation only now, when it became finally clear that there are not enough roads between the regions, and there is nothing for transit traffic to do in the center.

Over large-scale project specialists from Mosinzhproekt JSC work in this area, which is not surprising at all, because this organization was created in 1958 to solve such problems.

Then, at the dawn of the era of mass housing construction, when not even blocks, but entire residential areas were put into operation, when Moscow began to sharply expand to the Moscow Ring Road, the city needed a large design organization that could carry out similar projects and create infrastructure almost “from scratch” , and there were no such organizations in the country at that time. When building new districts, we had to learn a lot and slowly build a new organization.

Since there are no other similar organizations in the country, Mosinzhproekt was chosen for the construction of new highways. Particularly because when creating chords, many problems in the adjacent territories will have to be solved
Thus, the section of the North-Eastern Expressway, passing from north side The Ryazan direction of the Moscow Railway, from the Veshnyaki-Lyubertsy MKAD interchange to the interchange on the 4th transport ring, affects such Moscow streets as Kosinskaya, Anosova, Plyushcheva, Masterovaya and Pervaya Mayovka Alley. At the same time, according to the designers, these streets are being reconstructed, their road infrastructure is being improved and expanded. The Pervaya Mayovka Alley will be modernized, which will become a 1st class city-wide highway, Anosova Street will be expanded to four lanes (two in each direction). New exits, U-turns and overpasses will radically change transport situation in the Veshnyaki area.

A similar approach will be used during the construction of the North-West Expressway. Thus, when designing its fourth section, connecting Marshal Zhukov Avenue and Rublevskoye Highway, there also arises the need to resolve a number of local issues, including the construction of two road bridges across the Moscow River.

This is being done taking into account the interests of residents of the surrounding areas, as in the section “Leningradskoe Highway – Marshal Zhukov Avenue”, the construction of which will be completed this year, 2016.
By the way, the design and construction process is carried out in parallel. Many sections of the chords are already under construction, while others are still being worked on by designers. That is, the complete design is not done first, and then construction, but all work is divided into stages and done simultaneously: the final stage is just being designed, and the first is already being built in full swing.
