I recommend thinking about the session in September - systematically preparing and working at seminars. Agree, when the teacher hears you for the first time during an exam, he, of course, wants to learn more from you and about you. And if the teacher is confident in your knowledge, then the exam will be painless. It is better not to prepare for the exam in the last three days - this is possible, but it will require exertion of strength, which will dry up before the exam. In addition, there is no knowledge in law that is worth memorizing (especially given the frequency of changes in legislation). It is much more important to understand “how it works” and “what to do with it” than to memorize the texts of the codes. I strongly advise freshmen to read legal periodicals, watch relevant films and TV series in order to get rid of the dangerous idea that lawyers are just about reading laws and fiddling.
