Railway overpass "Reutovo-Balashikha". Work on the construction of the overpass in Reutov will begin in the fall

I, of course, understand that I’m already fed up with news from only two sites, but since there are photos, why not show them, especially since after just three weeks a lot of changes have occurred at this construction site.
In mid-June a business trip to Vologda region, and after the holidays we should finally tell you how great we spent the May week in Belarus and Lithuania, so there will be variety.
In the meantime, let’s see what’s going on here in Reutov.

1. The train goes around the overpass ramp on the left. After rearranging the path, she will do so on the right. To tell the truth, I considered this piece of the overpass to be completely ready.

2. It turns out that only 1/5 of the concrete ramp has been built. It will start approximately at the level where the old platform ends. That is, it will occupy the entire width of the frame.

3. A new platform is being built. Whether it’s active or not, I can’t judge; on my last trip by train, I didn’t pay attention to it at all.

4. Well, I jump off the platform and stomp to the work sites. Here we have a fenced pit for the next capture of the ramp.

5. Due to the lack of space and the large length of the construction site, the spans lie there, here, here and generally everywhere.

6. After construction is completed, the ramp will be filled with sand.

7.

8. Waterproofing has already been applied to the spans in this section of the overpass.

9. In the place where the road slabs now lie, the rails of the first track (to Moscow) will lie.

10. As you can see, the contact network supports have already been prepared for this task.

11. The rails of the second track (from Moscow) are partially in place to the right of the overpass.

12. However, they disappear into the thickets of grass.

13. ED4MKM-0155 flew past for the second time that day. The first time I saw her moving towards the Kursk station was when I was waiting for the train to Reutov on Serp.

14. Well, I couldn’t resist and climbed inside the long “gut” of the bridge.

15. The transparent part of the noise shield is, of course, wonderful. The only question is how long it will maintain its transparency.

16. A small crane prepares a platform of slabs for its big brother.

17.

18. Another 27-meter span will be assembled here.

19. On the other side, temporary supports are being built along which the 45-meter span will move into place.

20.

21. Few species of Reutov’s man-eaters

22. “Radio point, parquet flooring, separate bathroom, brick house, one family, two families, three families... Many utility rooms, the first and last are not offered, near the metro, center”

23. The city can be seen even from here.

24. I took a photo of the base for the support layout. here it will be necessary to build 4 U-shaped supports, between the legs of which the paths will pass, and a whole bunch of single supports for 27-meter spans that turn into a ramp.

25. The scheme is, of course, clumsy, but that’s what it is.

26. Garage kingdom.

27. Very close to the beach and fountain.

28. Two 45-meter spans are fully assembled. One is 3/4 assembled, and another one is in the form of construction kit parts.

29. 27 meters are incalculable.

30. Between the garages and the span, two temporary supports appeared for the installation of the outermost block.

31. The hole for two spans remains - both the spans and crossbars fall within the clearance, so they cannot be mounted now.

32. And this is where the main changes took place. The palisade of supports has finally begun to grow overgrown with iron, and quite actively at that.

33. A couple more supports need to be erected in front of the crawler crane.

34. The construction of the ramp is also progressing at a good pace.

35.

36. Let's see what's going on with the car overpass.

37. The ramp is built and immediately backfilled. The support is reinforced.

39. Here, behind the retaining wall, a new EC post building is being built. old tower a little disturbing.

40. Soon all this splendor will ride over the tracks to its place.

41. A plague flew past, probably with ballast for a new path.

42. The weather suggests that it’s time for me to get away. Literally or figuratively.

43. But instead I climbed onto the assembly slipway.

44. This is a paradise for lovers of bare metal.

45. These are the types of seams used to weld the joints of the span elements.

46. The crawler crane crawls, choosing a more comfortable position for lunch.

47. It started to rain.

48. I decided to make my way through this labyrinth to the ramp from Balashikha and from clear conscience leave the construction site.

49. In the end, you can always hide from the rain inside the block of the future bridge :)

50. As you can see, it is not enough to simply assemble a span of three blocks and put them in place. You need to hang hardware for the structure on it.

51. On this section of the overpass it is necessary to assemble and install another 8 27-meter spans.

53. Long-long.

54.

55. It is concreted quite quickly.

56. But preparatory work take up time. Hammer the tongue, remove the soil, tie the frame...

57. The sheet pile is driven into the ground with this huge vibratory hammer.

58. Support frame for the transition section.

59.

60. In front of the excavator, the huge heads of the support grillage piles are visible.

61. They need to be cut and brought to the surface.

62. Some kind of titanic work.

63. Formwork of the next supports.

64. Before assembly, the edges of the blocks are cleaned of paint with abrasive powder, so there is black sand underfoot.

65. Assembly is carried out using overlays and high-strength bolts. The result is a frictional connection - forces are transmitted through pressing linings, since high-strength bolts do not shear.

66. Bolts are tightened with a certain force, depending on the characteristics of the metal for each batch of bolts.

67. The assembled assembly is sealed.

68. State of the metal before (right) and after (left) processing.

69. And this is an abrasive powder that is used for cleaning.

I can show photos endlessly, but more than 70 photos in one post is inhumane. :)
Therefore, I will end my boring story.
Such things!

The preparatory stage of construction of the overpass in Reutov starts in September. The list of works has already been approved. For the first time autumn month They will begin to buy the land where the overpass will pass, move communications and prepare the area for further construction. The budget has already been approved. 45 million regional rubles will be spent for these purposes.

Reutov. Friday morning. The crossing is closed, and there are kilometer-long traffic jams on Nosovikhinskoye Highway. Drivers are happy to bypass them. But for now, alas, this is impossible to do. Everything will change when the overpass is built. Its length is 550 meters.31 thousand cars per day, approximately 860 per hour. The new one will have such capacity transport bridge. Experts have calculated and average speed movement - 80 km/h. Only the rules will limit it traffic and cameras. The Reutov overpass will be a unique phenomenon. You can’t find a second one like this in the Moscow region or even in Russia.

Stanislav Bychkov, project manager at Gorkapstroy: “Every project we deal with is, of course, complex, it is always individual, there are no standard solutions- and by highway, and by artificial structure- this doesn’t happen. Accordingly, our overpass is a unique separate structure, and of course it is complex.”

This complex object was designed by 150 people. We calculated everything. For example, descents and ascents, transfer of communications and lighting. 113 million rubles have already been spent on this from the state treasury. Another 45 will be allocated to purchase 7 hectares of land. The work is large-scale. Residents of Reutov are also offered to control them.

Maxim Suraev, deputy State Duma RF: “We need some reference points deliver so that residents understand, so that they know. And so that they can understand: either this is slowing down for us - and for what reason. Either we are stuck there in the Ministry of Transport of the Moscow Region, or our auctions have not been completed there. That is, this road map We must show people in Russian ordinary normal language and say: “Guys, let’s get together and let’s control this.”

Such total control Maxim Suraev proposes to introduce it not only at the “residents-administration” level. He promises support from both the region and the State Duma.

Maxim Suraev, deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation: “If you need to help in this regard, let’s do it. Because this is really very flashy, it’s really, really necessary.”

It is very necessary not only to relieve traffic flows in the city. Already in 2018, the crossing that connects the southern part of Reutov and the industrial zone will be closed. Main reason- the beginning of another one large-scale construction. This time on railway and on the eve of the World Cup. Work on the construction of the overpass should already be completed by this time. The completion date for the construction of the entire highway that will connect Nosovikhinskoye and Gorkovskoe highway, - 2020.

Overpass through railway tracks can change the geometry of the city. Construction of this facility is due to begin this year. Why is the building so important for the city - not only socially, but also economically. And how can this affect the development of the so-called Reutov industrial zone? Ksenia Kazakova with details.

20 varieties of coffee capsules are made daily by Vyacheslav Timashkov’s company. They opened in Reutov two years ago. Production is small. But fully automated. Clients include large state-owned companies. Orders for almost 300 thousand rubles per day. Doing it is not a problem. Problem to deliver.

Vyacheslav Timashkov, general manager company " Singlecup": "It can be difficult to get to Transportnaya Street. We work with logistics companies that constantly transport orders. Due to the fact that we do not have to move, we are constantly spending extra time. It happens that orders need to be delivered very urgently. This is the only infrastructure problem that hinders us a little.”

Vyacheslav’s company is not the only one that suffers, albeit small, losses due to forced downtime at the crossing. There are thousands of enterprises in the industrial zone. For example, 2,500 individual entrepreneurs and 130 large and medium-sized firms conduct business. And more than 2000 small ones. With the advent of the overpass, their number may increase several times, economists believe. And this will bring tens of millions of rubles to the city budget.

Stanislav Katorov, Deputy Head of the Reutov City Administration: “The investment attractiveness of the Reutov industrial zone is indeed not high enough. Since it is missing transport links between northern and southern parts V industrial zone. The interchange and overpass will make it possible to quickly cross the railway tracks. AND transport accessibility to the Moscow Ring Road, I think, will be reduced to 5 minutes. Instead of waiting half an hour or an hour at the crossing.”

Construction of an overpass between southern part city and industrial zone will begin this year. Cost - 4 billion rubles. Regional and federal money. For comparison, Reutov’s annual budget is a little more than 2 billion. The development of the project took 6 years. They were changing. As is the location of the overpass.

Ksenia Kazakova, correspondent: “It was planned to run transit transport along Oktyabrya Street on the south side, under the Equator and on Lenin Street in the north. During construction shopping center this was foreseen. The width between the supporting columns was made 9 meters so that cars could easily move apart. If this project had been implemented, Reutov would have been stuck in one big traffic jam.”

Such an overpass would cause inconvenience not only to drivers and pedestrians. But the chief architect of the city, Evgeniy Kholikov, also explains to the residents of the houses between which it was supposed to pass. New project The plans have already been approved. Today it was approved by the regional interdepartmental commission. The overpass will change direction slightly. And it will run from Reutov Park to Transportnaya Street. And then - to Gorkovskoye Highway. Now it takes at least half an hour to drive this section of the road. After the overpass is built in the city, traffic in the city will decrease. Reutov roads will be relieved of congestion by approximately 23%. This is 250 cars per hour.

Evgeny Kholikov, head of the architecture and urban planning department of the Reutov city administration: “This overpass will go through the forest and Balashikha. Therefore, transport links will be much better. Transportnaya Street is also subject to reconstruction. We have two lanes there - one in each direction. We will be adding two lanes in each direction.”

Construction of the overpass will begin in 2017. The pace will be high. In two years, the city will close the crossing. The reason is the construction of a highway for the World Cup. By this time, all work - and this is 2.5 kilometers of new roads - should be completed.
