According to the Information Policy Department of the Administration of the Urban Settlement of Krasnogorsk, the territory planning project provides for: reconstruction of the highway Volokolamsk highway up to 6 lanes on a 1.5 km section; construction transport interchange V different levels at the junction with the Volokolamsk highway; construction of a transport interchange at different levels at the intersection with the highway access road to Krasnogorsk, microdistrict. The territory planning project also takes into account the reconstruction of the M-9 "Baltia" highway with the possibility of expanding it to 10 lanes, the construction of a transport interchange at different levels of the "incomplete cloverleaf" type at the intersection of the M-9 "Baltia" highway and Ilinskoye Highway - Vishnevsky Hospital; planned exits provided by the Moscow City Government to organize access to the territory of the International financial center, from the M-9 “Baltic” highway; construction of two additional main tracks on the head section “Moscow - Nakhabino” of the Riga direction of the Moscow Railway.

The territory planning project takes into account objects and zones for the location of transport and engineering infrastructure that ensure the functioning of the highway, zones with special conditions use, and also provides for the construction of a highway according to category I parameters total length 4.2 km with 4 lanes 3.75 m wide and a median 5 m wide.

To implement pedestrian connections, it is planned to build 3 pedestrian underground crossings across the Volokolamsk Highway near public transport stops in the area adjacent to the highway. This gives a powerful incentive not to go to Moscow in a personal car, but to transfer to a comfortable high-speed public transport.
