On July 11, 2018, in a calm, everyday atmosphere, without exaggeration, an epoch-making event occurred in the development of road connectivity in the capital’s agglomeration: an 800-meter drive was suddenly built and opened between Rechnaya Street in Krasnogorsk near Moscow and Zenitchikov Street in the capital’s Mitino district. 
Tens of thousands of people have dreamed about this road for decades: it allows residents of Krasnogorsk, who work and take their children to Mitino, to save 20-30 minutes in the morning and not stand in traffic jams on the Volokolamsk highway! And residents of Mitin can take the Volokolamskoye Highway to the region, bypassing the busiest section of the highway from Penyaginskoye Highway to the street People's Militia.

Will this road be useful to Moscow? Yes! Now tens of thousands of people have direct and quick access to the metro and semi-express train 904 Mitino. Earlier in the morning the road to Mitino via the Volokolamskoye and Penyaginskoye highways took 30-40 minutes, now only 10 minutes. This provides a powerful incentive not to travel to Moscow by private car, but to switch to comfortable high-speed public transport. In addition, this is a very convenient route from Mitino to Krasnogorsk, Opalikha, Dedovsk, Nakhabino, bypassing the problem area of the Volokolamskoye and Penyaginskoye highways.

The road is not ready yet, but residents have already begun to use it. When favorable weather conditions in a month, construction will be completed, and people will be able to experience all the benefits of the new message.
